WIARDS ORCHARD

Down the road from our house is WIARDS Orchard. Its a fun place but pretty costly. Our lovely neighbor had free tickets so Brevin and I took advantage and spent a few hours there sunday. He had a lot of fun with the bounce houses, hay ride, fire engine ride, corn maze, play ground, and getting some cider & donuts. Brevin even sang karoke. He sang row, row, row your boat! He was the cutest thing and a very proud singer when he was finished!!!!!

First day of Kindergarten

So today was Brevins first day of kindergarten. We were trying to get there somewhat early because everyone had to take their child to school on the first day. Today we did a bunch of activities of drawing pictures, writing our names, reading stories, and listening to all of the new information, along with checking out the lockers, and walking to the bus loop. This was fun and exciting to see all of the little faces excited about school. During story time I did have to leave the room for a few due to a crabby girl. She was tired because waking up at 6:30 is not fun for her. So i think nap time may be getting changed a bit earlier...... Everything was well we got to see old classmates from Pre-k and the old teachers. Tommorrow starts the first day of busing. This ought to be a day full of stories. Florida Trip Cont.....

Heading to Punta Gorda where everything looks totally different from when Hurricane Charley ripped through is so crazy. Everything looks so nice instead of old and its just a really nice place. There are fountains and a little play area for the kids to play. We packed up and headed there one afternoon with Grandma Brenda, Aunt Julie and cousin Jackson. It was a great day in the sun and the kids loved it!!

Another random day we went to my best friends Melissa to see the kids and hang out. Its just so nice to stay close after moving ten years. We have been friends since 95. Here are the girls and the boys playing video games. Suprise Suprise!!!!!!

A summary of our crazy eventful summer!!!!

So!! It has been almost two months since I have updated this. I really am a horrible blogger. I dont understand because all the time on online I could be updating. So Im going to get motivated and update often. So this summer has flew by so fast Im not sure where it has even went to. We have been so busy. June was filled with visiting friends and family, going swimming, going to the parks and just taking it easy since I wasnt carting kids back and forth to school. We took a month long trip to Florida and that was wonderful. It was sad to have to go back to Michigan. Although it was time because the kids were needing to be at home and missed Collier.During the month of June we went canoeing with Cole & Jozie. It was alot of fun. This was the first time for Brevin and I. We did little things around the house like the park swimming, and celebrating Grandmas birthday before we took our trip south.

So next was July and we finally flew home to Florida after our original flight was cancelled due to sick kids.. It was a horrible situation and so a week later we began our trip and everything was great. We go to see all of the family, friends, new babies, go swimming, went to the beach, went fishing, went to animal kingdom. Took a mini vaca with my best friend and her kids to the east coast to see another good friend. It really was a great time!! Here are pictures from our trip . Who knew taking the dogs for a walk was such fun for both kids and dogs. That is layla jack russel and fat boy is Levi hes a mix of jack russel, beagal, and bassett.

Taking Brevin put-put golfing was alot of fun. This is something my dad and I used to do on Fridays occasionally. Brevin had alot of fun and seriously I think he beat us. He got quite a few holes in one.
